Heather Schultz, CCC/SLP is an adult and pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist. She joined Essentia Health in 2021. She earned her Master’s in Speech Language Pathology at the University of Minnesota Duluth. Heather has a certificate in Speech Language Pathology and is licensed in Minnesota and North Dakota. Heather has advanced training in SPEAK OUT! (Parkinson’s Voice Project), dysphagia, cognition (executive functioning, attention, memory), and auditory training. She has specialized skills treating communication disorders such as language, speech disorders, fluency, speech sound production, aphasia, hearing impairment (auditory training), and stuttering, amongst others. She also enjoys working with patients in need of augmentative and alternative communication devices.
Heather enjoys family time, spending time outdoors (hiking, walking, biking, kayaking), reading, cooking/baking, and arts/crafts.
