Facility Overview
Get walk-in care at the Essentia Health-45th St Clinic (Fargo) - no appointment needed. We care for minor illnesses and injuries that are not life-threatening but may need X-rays and/or lab tests that require a blood draw. Care is provided by doctors, nurse practitioners, or physician assistants.If you have a primary care doctor, call your clinic to see if a same-day appointment is available. If not, visit our Walk-in Care without an appointment.
Walk-in Care Services
Essentia Health Walk-in Cares offer an intermediate level of care. Get care for illnesses and injuries that are not life-threatening but may need X-rays and/or lab tests that require a blood draw.Care may be provided by doctors, nurse practitioners, or physician assistants. Hours vary by location and you don’t need an appointment.
Minor Acute (Short-term) Illnesses or Pain
- Allergies
- Asthma flare-ups
- Bacterial vaginitis
- Bladder infections or urinary tract infections (UTI)
- Bronchitis
- Cold, cough, or flu
- Constipation
- Ear complaints or infections
- Fever
- Gastrointestinal illness (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, painful gas)

- Hemorrhoids
- Mononucleosis (mono)
- Pink eye
- Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs)

- Sore or strep throat
