See a family medicine provider when it’s convenient for you at the Essentia Health-West Acres Clinic in Fargo. We also have same-day appointments on a first-come, first-served basis. If you can’t get an appointment, visit our walk-in care for minor illnesses and injuries.Essentia Health-West Acres Clinic is an outpatient department of Essentia Health-Fargo. When you’re sick or injured and can’t get in to see your primary care provider, visit us for walk-in care at the West Acres Clinic in Fargo. We’ll see you without an appointment for minor illnesses and injuries.For severe or life-threatening conditions, call 911 and seek emergency care.
