Electrophysiology cardiology specialist Aaron Smith joins Essentia Health-32nd Avenue Clinic

The Essentia Health-32nd Avenue Clinic is proud to welcome Aaron Smith, an advanced practice registered nurse and certified nurse practitioner specializing in electrophysiology cardiology.

"I worked with interventional cardiology as a nurse practitioner for the past two years before transitioning to electrophysiology," said Smith. "I enjoy working for Essentia Health because it has a reputation for providing excellent care for all patients. Everyone in the cardiology department works very well together to ensure that each patient is receiving the best care possible."

Smith received his education from the University of Mary in Bismarck. He is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

"I chose to work in electrophysiology because it is an interesting and challenging specialty," explained Smith. "I enjoy caring for patients with a variety of heart rhythm problems and working with them to determine the best treatment plan to help improve their health outcomes."
