Essentia Health-Fosston welcomes emergency medicine specialist Breah Christianson

Breah Christianson, an advanced practice registered nurse and certified nurse practitioner specializing in emergency medicine, is excited to join Essentia Health-Fosston.

"I did my nurse practitioner clinicals within the Essentia system and enjoyed how things worked and the providers I worked with," said Christianson. "I enjoy the values that guide Essentia."

Christianson received her education from the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota, and she is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

"My stepdad was an emergency department physician, and I have worked for 10 out of 20 years of my RN career in the emergency department," said Christianson. "I've always enjoyed the pace of emergency medicine and trying to pinpoint what has brought the patient in to seek medical care."
