Essentia Health-Spooner Clinic adding walk-in care

The Essentia Health-Spooner Clinic is excited to add another option for our patients by adding walk-in care.

Essentia Health Walk-in Care-Spooner will open Monday, April 14. Walk-in care is for patients who have an immediate need that doesn’t require an emergency room visit. It is designed to treat illnesses, minor injuries like cuts and scrapes, colds, earaches, sore throats, sprains, eye issues and skin rashes. No appointment is needed for walk-in care.

“Adding this option is vital for ensuring accessible and timely health care for the patients we are privileged to serve,” said Julie Sindlinger, senior operations manager at Essentia. “It bridges the gap in medical services, providing immediate attention and reducing the need for long-distance travel. This addition not only improves health outcomes but also fosters a stronger, healthier community.”

Walk-in care will be available from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
