- Culture of safety – All employees are encouraged to speak up and “stop the line” any time they see a safety concern or believe something is unclear
- Daily safety huddles – Staff meet daily to discuss and quickly resolve safety concerns
- Hand hygiene practices – We train all providers and staff to properly clean their hands to help prevent the spread of germs
- All health care workers must annually attest that they are up to date with COVID-19 and influenza vaccines, or attest they will not receive the vaccine for a specified reason

An Accountable Care Organization (ACO) is a group of hospitals, doctors, and other care providers who work together to offer coordinated, high-quality care at a lower cost. This means patients, especially those with chronic conditions, are more likely to receive the right care at the right time, reducing the likelihood of unnecessary services.
