Minimally Invasive Surgery
Whenever possible, your Essentia surgeon will take a less-invasive approach that uses only small incisions. You’ll recover faster with less pain and scarring.
Robotic-Assisted Surgery
Depending on your procedure and location, your general surgeon may perform your surgery with the aid of the da Vinci Xi® surgical robot. It takes two providers to perform robotic-assisted surgery, which improves the surgeons’ view, precision, and control. Robotic surgery has also been proven to improve surgical outcomes.
You’ll find robotic surgical systems in Detroit Lakes, Duluth, Brainerd, Moose Lake and Virginia, Minnesota and Fargo, North Dakota.
